Chris

Chris F.

Founder | CEO

Chris, a native of Maryland USA, founded Kalex Innovations LLC in 2018 with a mission to provide a more sustainable yet improved life for future generations. With this spirit, Kalex is a moniker combining the names of Chris’ next-generation, Katherine and Alexander.

With decades of experience owning and managing private companies, Chris is also a US Army veteran and recipient of the Army Commendation medal, the Good Conduct medal, Certificate of Achievement, and Honorable Discharge.

BuoGra was imagined, designed, and patented by Chris to be a transformational energy creation apparatus. BuoGra harnesses natural forces while eliminating the many catastrophic health and environmental consequences of current electricity generation methods.

Hui

Su L.

Chief Administrative Officer

Su brings to Kalex her diligence, efficiency and skills in organization and administration. She graduated from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. In her experience with the telecommunications and postal industries in Singapore, she advocated her home country’s policy positions in regional and international meetings, which included the International Telecommunications Union’s global policy conferences and the Asia-Pacific telecommunications regional meetings. In the United States, Su has been a passionate educator while earning her master’s degree in mathematics education with the Western Governor’s University.

With her engineering and mathematics background, Su contributes to BuoGra’s development by drafting technical documents, making computations and general administrative duties for Kalex.

Robert C.

Vice President of International Development

Robert has decades of experience facilitating logistics for some of the most iconic brands in the United States. From interstate deliveries, local logistics to workforce management, Robert has always been able to find creative solutions to challenges that his clients have struggled with. He has been a great liaison between South America and the United States and is involved in facilitating large scope logistics internationally. As the International Development Vice President for Kalex Innovations, Robert is focused on creating pathways where South America will have an opportunity to invest in the future of clean energy production.

Sam blew away the competition at New Jersey Institute of Technology School of Architecture and has worked for the likes of AOL, CoStar Group, Discovery Channel, Washington Post and Network Solutions. He was, is, and continues to be the branding mastermind behind Kalex Innovation’s cutting edge business visualization and market exposure. Sam is the lead point of contact for brand strategy and creative direction on every project and tirelessly works to ensure Kalex remains an industry leader.

Sherwin M Shafie

Shevy is a graduate of University of Maryland, University of Baltimore School of Law, and Institute of Police Science in Washington D.C. Growing up as the son of a businessman, Shevy’s entrepreneurial spirit has always driven him to pursue new and exciting business ventures. He truly enjoys finding solutions that help businesses get off the ground, continue their growth, and maintain their competitive edge. Shevy enjoys being active with the community, he sits on the board of Rebuilding Together Montgomery County and is the Marketing Chair of The Rockville Chamber of Commerce. Shevy is an experienced cross functional C-level executive with outstanding successes in healthcare, and multiple other industries.

Sandra S.

Chief Education Officer

With a passion for learning, pursuing her bachelors degree in education from the University of Maryland was a natural fit. For close to 20 years that love has intensified when she works with students in the classroom as a Montgomery County Public School (MCPS) teacher. With the desire for continued professional development, Sandra furthered her education and earned a masters degree in education from University of Maryland, University College. Her passion for teaching and giving back to the community is seen as the School Energy and Recycling team (SERT) coordinator for Strawberry Knoll elementary. This program provides necessary resources to staff and students of all MCPS schools to help foster a culture of environmental conservation.
